Hibiscus ‘Red Heart’ 2l

A slowly growing ornamental shrub with stiff, straight shoots. The plant reaches 2.5 m in height. It has rhomboidal or broadly elliptical, softly hairy, dark green leaves, 5-10 cm long and up to 6 cm wide, turning yellow in autumn. Hibiscus needs to be watered systematically because it cannot stand overdrying. The soil should be fertile, well-drained, moderately moist, alkaline or neutral. Hibiscus is recommended especially for home gardens, where it looks best when planted individually on the lawn or in groups with other plants. This shrub can also be successfully grown in large pots on balconies and terraces.
