Its shoots themselves do not twine around the plants. However, treated as a shrub, it grows up to 1.5 m. It blooms at a very unusual time, because it is WINTER from February to March. It likes a sunny, warm, sheltered from cold and strong winds position; it requires covering in harsher winters.
